Checking and Charging Motorcycle Batteries
How are motorcycle batteries rated?
The amp / hour (AH) capacity is the basis for evaluation of motorcycle batteries. For example, a 12AH battery to produce an amplifier of the current flow for 12 hours, or two amps for six hours. How much time is needed to use up a fully charged battery motorcycle, calculated by the lights on, we need to take the power in watts, and they share it with suspense that gave us the current in amperes. Therefore, a 72 watt beam and tail together, divided by12 volts corresponds to a 6-amp draw. So in 2 hours, the 12AH battery is dead.

Maintenance-free battery type should be charged with a constant current charger that can charge as much as 16.9 volt drive. This should be closely monitoredby no more than full charge.
Next, check the electrolyte level and add water if necessary. Get fit the battery in contracts so cool enough to be in his typical tight little holder. Run the new breather tube, if the battery comes with a carefully through the factory routing.
Things to Remember When charging the battery:

9. If you have a dry battery, fill the cells slowly and let the battery for about half an hour.
